How time flies! Only yesterday I was making big plans for the year 2011 and now it is almost over. It is time to reflect on goals achieved and opportunities lost. Thinking about opportunities lost is not an easy thing to do because it forces one to admit ones mistakes but it has to be done. For the sake of my reputation I will however keep the opportunities lost to myself lest those who view me in high regard start thinking less of me. :) One of our biggest goals was to extend our intern intake from two a year to six a year - with or without the assistance of Government funds. This is a goal I am proud to announce we have achieved.

It has been a fulfilling experience to be amongst a bunch of bright eyed and newly qualified young people who were eager to learn. Through this year's internship pool we were able to offer two interns permanent employment after they served their six months. It is quite amusing to watch former interns barking instructions at new interns but its all with good intention. We are currently recruiting for next years interns but there seems to be a shortage of male graduates in the field of MAC ( Marketing, Advertising and Communications). So if there are male graduates out there looking for internship opportunities, do give our HR a call.
